We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $65 to the contiguous United States. 

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (local time) ship the same day.

At this time, InstaBoxx does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size or weight. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.

InstaBoxx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to our customer service team if you need additional assistance.

InstaBoxx is pleased to offer the following shipping methods:

1. Standard Ground Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2 business days.
3. Next Day Air: Delivered by the end of the next business day.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. InstaBoxx is not responsible for packages that are returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping orders returned due to an incorrect address.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your claim.
