We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. This offer applies to standard-sized moving kits only and excludes oversized or heavy items.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

At this time, InstaBoxx does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

InstaBoxx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. InstaBoxx is not responsible for packages that are returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping orders returned due to an incorrect address.
